Guests must cancel their booking at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment in order to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. 

We reserve the right to refuse treatments based on your health condition. Many treatments are forbidden during pregnancy. Please inform us about your health condition at the time of making your reservation or upon your arrival. Cancellations received within thirteen (13) to three (3) days prior of the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, Non-shows or departures prior to the scheduled departure date, are charged with the 100% of the total reservation.
