Thank you for you interest in Imaret hotel,

Please note that in order to confirm your reservation in our restaurant, we kindly ask you to fill out our Credit Card authorization form, and the hotel will proceed to a pre-authorization* equal to one(1) set menu.

Cancellation policy

– A pre-authorization equal to one(1) set menu will be applied on your credit card three(3) days prior to your arrival date.
– Cancellations can be applied three(3) days prior to the confirmed arrival date free of charge.
– For cancellations within 48-hours, the charge will be equal to one(1) set menu
– Non-Show Guests or cancellations on the confirmed arrival date will be charged with 100% of the total reservation

We remind our guests to respect the reservation hours in order to ensure our best service. The reservation has a tolerance for delays up to 15 minutes. In case of bigger delay, service will start without your presence and we cannot guarantee you will experience the whole set menu.

* Pre-authorization of an electronic debit or credit card transaction, means that the corresponding amount is reserved to confirm your booking. The amount release is completed between 5-10 days, depending on the bank’s policy, making the corresponding amount available to you once again.
