Thank you for you interest in Imaret hotel,

Please note that in order to confirm your reservation, we kindly ask you to fill out our Credit Card authorization form, and the hotel will proceed to a pre-authorization* equal to one(1) night stay.

Cancellation policy

– A pre-authorization equal to one(1) night stay will be applied on your credit card three(3) days prior to your arrival date.
– Cancellations can be applied four(4) days prior to the confirmed arrival date free of charge.
– For cancellations within the three(3) day period, the charge will be equal to one(1) night stay
– Non-Show Guests or cancellations on the confirmed arrival date will be charged with 100% of the total reservation

* Pre-authorization of an electronic debit or credit card transaction, means that the corresponding amount is reserved to confirm your booking. The amount release is completed between 5-10 days, depending on the bank’s policy, making the corresponding amount available to you once again.
